Coco is the sweetest little girl yet. She is a snuggle bug. I am lucky to have Coco living next door.

Boxed In

This square glass bowl is so fun to paint. I thought it worked great with the juicy, round cherries. It looks to me like the lemon slices were threatening the cherries so they jumped in to the bowl for safety. What do you think happened to the cherry that did not make it into the bowl?!

I think Sunflowers are one of the happiest flowers in the garden. They have big, bold faces and have such beautiful colors. Plus I can usually fine a nice bunch in the market.

Pretty in Red

I set up these red flowers in a glass vase and couldn't resist adding the green background. I like to define the glass with just a few value shifts and highlights. Unfortunately, these beauties will not last long enough for a second painting.
