Beach Bum 571

This pelican was not very happy with me sneaking up on him to get a picture. I think he was giving me the evil eye!

Pretty Bird 568

We must be getting close to spring. There is a lot of bird activity around my home. I love the colors on this little guy.

Cookie 556

I was honored to be chosen to paint this sweet puppy. Commissions are challenging but very rewarding when your client loves it.

Cali

This is my friend's beautiful cat. She looks so sweet, but......... if you make the mistake of trying to pet her, you will be nursing your hand for some time.

I am Your Master

Anyone that has ever been owned by a Yorkie knows how demanding they are. Their attitude is "What are you going to do for me now!". But, of course, they are so darn cute, you have to obey :-)

Cutie Pie

This is Corkie the Yorkie. Actually, we call him the Boss. He is 13 years old and just like a teenager,  tells us what to do when. Love this little guy!

Another Classic

This beauty is also from my visit to the local car collector. Thank you Jay and Angie Sullivan. I have to admit, this car was perfect. There was no rust or "bad" spots. However, as I was painting it, my burnt umber underpainting started peaking through. I thought it helped to age this car. What is it?

Miss Ella

My good friend Edith McBee Hardaway recently lost her kitty. She is now on the Rainbow Bridge. I did this painting to memorialize Miss Ella.

Fritz

This is one serious cat. He seems like an old soul to me. Maybe it is the white chin hairs.
