Ebony and Ivory

I love these black and white cats. So formal and elegant. Of course, it could have something to do with my cat, Pouncer that was with me in college and early career days.

Laura Buxo
I have always loved playing with paint, both watercolor and oils. Like most artists, I needed to get a real job to pay the bills. When I finally had enough time, I got back to playing with paint! So much fun (and a lot of hard work!). Traditionally, my paintings have been on the larger size. However, I have found that creating a small painting almost every day gives me the opportunity to explore design, color and style without fear. I am happy to share my journey with you.
